Starting Your New Job

Congratulations! You've found a new job. Now it's time to Take Responsibility for your career.

Do not depend only on your supervisor for career direction. You can ask your supervisor for help but it is up to you to guide your career's future.

Widen Your Network

Increase the number and type of people you know. The broader your network, the more useful it will be when you're job hunting again.
